In October, every order placed on racer1927.com counts double:

  • It outfits you.
  • It supports women affected by breast cancer.

In 2026, RACER 1927 is participating in the Pink October movement by donating 5% of its website’s revenue to the Sein Victoire association. Our athlete Isabeau Courdurier, a world champion in mountain bike enduro and a new mom, shares this commitment with us.

Pink October 2026: 5% of our sales will go to Sein Victoire

From October 1 to 31, 2026, 5% of the revenue generated on racer1927.com will be donated to Sein Victoire. This applies to all product categories: motorcycle gloves, ski gloves, mountain bike gloves and protective gear… All products are included. You don’t have to do anything—just make a purchase!

We’ve chosen a concrete and measurable initiative. If you place an order in October, you’ll receive an email summary of this campaign, which is particularly close to our hearts!

Sein Victoire: Improving Patients' Daily Lives

Sein Victoire was founded in Aix-en-Provence in 2021. The event is organized by APHEG, the Association of Hospital Gynecologists. This nonprofit organization, established in 2002 under the French Law of 1901, brings together doctors and healthcare providers.

Their mission: to improve patient care.

Every October, Sein Victoire organizes an awareness and screening day. The program includes walks, workshops, and concerts. The funds raised support initiatives that help women cope with the disease:

  • Wellness workshops: reflexology, massage, Chinese medicine, and image consulting;
  • Supplies to help patients feel more comfortable during chemotherapy and around the time of surgery;
  • Therapeutic virtual reality to reduce pain and anxiety.

In France, one in eight women will develop breast cancer during her lifetime. More than 61,000 new cases were diagnosed in 2023. When detected early, this cancer is curable in nine out of ten cases.

Isabeau Courdurier, a champion who keeps moving forward without giving up

Isabeau Courdurier is one of the greatest figures in enduro mountain biking. She won the World Cup in 2019, 2022, and 2023. In 2024, she became the first UCI World Champion in the history of the sport.

In late 2024, she put her full-time racing career on hold to start a family. Her son was born in 2025. In 2026, she returned to competition, at her own pace, with one goal in mind: the Enduro World Championships.

This comeback wasn’t a given. She doubted whether she had the right to race as a mother, but she chose to go for it anyway.

“During this ‘Pink October,’ we’ve decided to join forces with Racer and the Sein Victoire association, which organizes workshops focused on wellness and sports to improve care for women. This initiative is particularly close to my heart, because I remain convinced that through tailored exercise sessions and wellness breaks, we can bring moments of comfort and happiness to these women at every stage.”

It is this journey that gives meaning to our initiative. Isabeau embodies a simple idea: a woman can overcome adversity, turn her life around, and come back stronger—on a bike, just as in life.

Women in Sports: The Power of Example

Mountain biking, motorcycling, and skiing remain predominantly male-dominated sports. Yet women have a place in these sports, both at the highest level and as a recreational activity. They need role models. They also need equipment designed specifically for them.

Exercise plays a role in the fight against breast cancer. Regular physical activity reduces the risk of developing breast cancer by 12 to 25 percent, according to studies. After a diagnosis, exercise helps patients cope better with treatments and combat fatigue.

Isabeau proves it in every race. Sports aren't just about performance. They're a way to take care of yourself, push your limits, and stay strong.

Why RACER 1927 is committed to Pink October

RACER 1927 has been designing gloves and protective gear for nearly a century. Our mission: to protect those who drive, “ride,” cycle, and race... We’ve been supporting Isabeau for over 10 years. We share her passion for hard work, high standards, and adventure. To mark Pink October, we asked Isabeau to choose a charity that resonated with her and was close to her heart. Hailing from the south of France and well-acquainted with the rugged trails of Le Concors (in the Sainte-Victoire Massif, the iconic mountain of Aix-en-Provence), it was only natural that she chose the charity Sein Victoire.

As a century-old brand, we’re proud to join forces with Isabeau to support this project.
