Technical specifications

The ALPHA PLASTRON EVO features a new-generation D3O® VIPER AIR back protector, which is lighter and shorter for optimum flexibility. The front tightening system, secured by a Velcro flap, guarantees a personalised, stable fit. A discreet zipped pocket at the base allows you to carry essential tools and accessories. This MTB back protector is CE level 1 certified to the strictest European standards.

Technologies incorporated into the ALPHA PLASTRON MTB back protector

D3O® VIPER AIR technology is at the heart of this revolutionary MTB back protector. This intelligent foam remains flexible during normal movement but hardens instantly on impact to absorb shocks. Its aerated structure greatly improves breathability, effectively wicking away perspiration during intensive DH and downhill sessions.

Why choose this MTB back protector?

The ALPHA PLASTRON EVO is the benchmark for downhill riders looking for the perfect balance between protection and comfort. Its shortened design frees up pelvic movement while maintaining optimum back protection. The integrated storage system makes it the ideal ally for long sessions in the mountains.

Adopt the ALPHA PLASTRON EVO and discover a new dimension of safety for your most committed descents. Your back deserves the best.
